Audition Fee:

$30 (pre-registration online required)
* This is a one-time non-refundable fee that covers both auditions and callbacks.

Steps to Audition:

Complete the online audition registration form and pay the $30 non-refundable audition fee. This payment covers participation at both auditions and callbacks.
If you have your own practice flag, please bring it with you to the audition. If not, we will have some extra flags on hand. If auditioning for a weapon spot, you will need to bring your own rifle and/or sabre.
Please bring a sack lunch, healthy snacks and beverages along with a refillable water bottle.
Plan to wear all-black, form-fitted, flexible clothing that allows the staff to see your body lines, ankles and feet. T-shirts, yoga pants, sweat pants and shorts are all acceptable as long as they are not too baggy. No jeans or skirts please! Dance shoes are optional for the movement session. Athletic shoes and socks are a must for the equipment sessions. If you have long bangs, they should be secured away from the face and long hair should be pulled up off of the shoulders in a ponytail or bun.
Allegiance will adhere to CDC, Illinois and local guidelines for safe practices at auditions and callbacks. As guidelines may change before September 12, please bring a face mask with you.

What to Expect:

We hope you’ll find the auditions to be challenging and fun! The audition process gives the staff an ability to assess your skills and POTENTIAL! It’s also a great opportunity for YOU to meet other people from the organization while experiencing a typical rehearsal day at Allegiance. You do not need to prepare anything special for auditions, however, you may want to do some stretching and practice your spins and tosses! Ultimately, if you love to work hard and have fun, you are going to do very well at auditions!

After the Audition:

All participants will be contacted via e-mail within 72 hours AFTER the audition to receive their results. If you are offered a spot after auditions or callbacks, you will be provided with complete membership information which will include a 2021-2022 Allegiance member handbook, fee schedule, and full season calendar.
